The medical technology sector, which is mainly made up of SMEs, suffers from extremely long delays in administrative processing for CE marking: 250 days according to our calculations at Péters Surgical, compared to an average of 180 days in Europe. A trully French handicap that results in market losses in Europe and Asia. Admittedly, the work on the reduction of administrative deadlines, that of the increase in human resources of LNE-G-MED will provide answers in the next three years.
However, in the immediate future, my concern remains for the daily life of my company. That is why I am already committed to interacting directly with the various ministers to concretely address them on issues so that solutions can be implemented very quickly. “
